DTU Skylab is looking for a passionate and talented administrative coordinator for our Operations Section.

DTU Skylab is the innovation hub of DTU. We are a vibrant community supporting diverse activities such as curricular courses, company collaborations, and startup support programs. In the 9 years that.
DTU Skylab has existed, it has become a dynamic innovation hub with 5000 m2 of offices, teaching facilities, workshops, and laboratories.
DTU Skylab is both an innovation environment with startups and company collaborations, and an ambitious learning environment where we train skilled engineers with a desire to make a difference in the world.

We love our users and collaborators, and we love to tell all the great stories about the projects and activities running In DTU Skylab, including building rockets, farming snails, developing laboratory robots, digital services, student associations, international summits, and airborne wind turbines.
It is a challenging job in a very dynamic environment with both business suits and welding masks. You will become a part of a culture and organization in constant rapid development, and you will have a lot of influence on this development.
Terms of employment
We expect the employment to be based in accordance with the OAO-S Joint Agreement and the organization agreement for Office Clerks, Laboratory Technicians, and IT staff (HK/stat) or the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC).
The position is to be filled by 1 February 2023.
You’ll work within an experienced, passionate and diverse Operations Section consisting of 11 colleagues with various backgrounds and tasks in our house (facility, events, admin, communication).
You will be employed at DTU Skylab and the workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus, Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark.

Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be
- Procurement: You will be responsible for DTU Skylab procurement, including supporting your colleagues in procurement matters
- HR tasks related to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- System super user, supporting your colleagues regarding DTU-Basen and other administrative systems
- GDPR-compliance
- Supporting our daily users (where do I find X, Y, Z…..)
- Other administrative task depending on your skills and competencies
Requirements
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have a relevant clerical background or the like
- Have a thorough experience with administrative and operational tasks from a secretariat or the like
- Excellent IT skills
- Have a proactive and positive approach to your tasks.
- Have superb organizational and time management skills, including great attention to detail
- Are a great written and verbal communicator in English
- Are enthusiastic about tech innovation and are ready to join us on our mission to develop Technology for people.
