Novotunity – a new programme in Novo Nordisk that redefines talent and hire people with physical disabilities. Only applicants with physical disabilities will be invited for an interview. One of the very important missions for Novo Nordisk is to drive change within diversity and inclusion. We have in the past decade successfully hired people with autism into our workforce and hereby redefined the way we look at talent. We are now launching NOVOTUNITY, a new programme in Novo Nordisk that redefines talent and hire people with physical disabilities. The project aims to have our workforce mimic the background population in society, and hence expand diversity beyond gender and nationality. A true diversity programme includes a physical disability agenda. We launched the programme in 2022 as a pilot, by hiring two people temporary 1-year positions starting at 25 hours with an option to expand or reduce. We are now ready for round 2 and are looking for general administrative supporter. It is an ordinary position; hence the job is unsupported by municipalities and not a flex job position. About the position general administration supporter We are looking for an administrative supporter with a sense of logistics and a service-oriented and proactive mind-set. You will be supporting the employees in the Non-clinical and Clinical Assay Sciences area. We will provide you thorough training and support to make you feel secure and there will be a mentor you can go to for support when onboarding. About the job After relevant training you will be supporting our area by providing administrative support to the 5 departments and the management team. You will be responsible for preparing draft versions of the area´s laboratory reports based on a standard format. You will operate in collaboration with stakeholders on study plans and reports. This means starting up new study plans and reports for scientists (generating new document with the right indexing, inserting standard text in the draft document such as title, author name, department etc.). You will also perform ad hoc administrative support to the department e.g. calendar bookings, meetings presentations, and web-page tasks including specific tasks on local Share-point, updating of department websites, making a library of documents etc. Qualifications You will be part of a highly dynamic and challenging environment, where the ability to prioritise is expected and flexibility is an advantage. You are/have: Service minded and proactive Have an eye for details to secure documents and data quality Good at following up Likes to talk with a lot of people internally and externally often via telephone Fluent in English and Danish both oral and written Organised and structured Flair for IT and project planning tools Knowledgeable within the office 365 package, TEAMS etc. Open for (constant) change Interested in natural sciences About the department Non-clinical and Clinical Assay Sciences, Novo Nordisk A/S, is located in Måløv in Research & Early Development. The area is responsible for analysing samples from the testing of Novo´s drug projects. This could e.g. be measuring the amount of drugs in a sample or measuring whether the immune system is responding to the new drug. We support projects from late research in our large laboratory facility and throughout the clinical testing and follow projects all the way to regulatory submissions and approval of new drugs for the market. We are app. 100 people in the area and have a vision of “putting people first”. About our office space The office space has full useability for wheelchair users. It is flexible seating, however there is an option for a fixed desk for our new colleague and potentially also for a personal assistant who accompanies you.
