Do you want to have a direct impact on the success of acquired companies within Product Supply, Quality and IT (PSQIT)? Do you have a passion for bridging business strategies to efficient due diligences and integration of new assets? We are currently looking for Senior Project Managers to support our new PSQIT SVP area Emerging Technologies (ET) in business integration for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). The job As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the integration process of new assets through planning, executing, and reporting in the ET organisation. You will be part of the ET Business Integration team and assist in maturing our overall M&A transactions capability, and act as integration process expert to the organisation. You will be responsible for leading ET integration activities, in close collaboration with Corporate Development, PSQIT Business Integration and the functional areas of ET. Main responsibilities are:
  • Drive the end-to-end integration process in ET
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the execution of integration capability
  • Key stakeholders for this role are Corporate Development, PSQIT Business Integration and various areas within PSQIT and ET. Qualifications We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences:
  • 5+ years of experience within M&A transactions
  • Conducted more than 5 integration processes
  • Experience from global organisation
  • Consulting background is considered an advantage
  • Team management experience (could be informal leadership)
  • An eye for spotting areas of improvement and a drive to get things done
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication skills
  • As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in written and spoken. As this is a global role due to our global presence, you should be ready to travel to our global sites on a frequent basis. About the department ET Business Integration is a part of the newly established area ET Portfolio Management. The team will be responsible for efficient due diligence processes and integration of new acquisitions within manufacturing capacities, participate in due diligence on assets coming from Corporate Development as well as own identified targets, manage the integration into ET and finally mature ET’s overall M&A readiness.
