You will become a key role in our team for Environmental Projects & Support, where we work on end-to-end implementation projects, and help ensuring simple but robust solutions into our Environmental Monitoring (EM) systems.
As our EM Technical Lead in Bagsværd, you will be part of ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, equipment and robots. More specifically, it will be your responsibility to:
• Ensure equipment is performing as intended and maintain stable operations
• Analyse data to identify and lead optimization initiatives
• Create and update operational and qualification documents
• Establish and continue the validated state of system by qualification/verification etc
• Technical assignments as change requests
• Lead systematic problem-solving investigations and handling of more complex deviations You will participate in small and large projects – often in collaboration with suppliers. You will be responsible for managing the projects’ scope, plan, resources and risks, and secure timely execution. It is also your responsibility to ensure that your projects’ stakeholders are always heard, properly involved and informed.

• An academic degree (bachelor’s, master’s or Phd) in natural science, engineering, or relevant experience.
• Experience with LEAN, optimisation and troubleshooting on systems.
• Previously worked with documentation, qualification, change requests and deviations within the pharmaceutical industry or preferably aseptic production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Danish) and you are an expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management including cross-functional communication and stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and deliverable tracking will be considered an advantage.
As a person you are solution-oriented with a structured mindset, who makes decisions based on data. You are good at analysing, identifying and mitigating risks, and you make realistic and reliable plans. You will be working with people from various departments in the organization, so it is a must that you master the art of collaboration. About the Department The team¸ Environmental Projects & Support, is part of the department for Aseptic support in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Bagsværd. The department’s objectives are among others, operation and improvement of environmental monitoring of the production.
