We are looking for a Personal Assistant (PA), reporting to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of Oral Semaglutide.

About the department
The CVP area consists of both an Oral Semaglutide department covering Commercial, Patient Access and the Rybelsus® Project, a co-located HQ Oral Semaglutide launch team across Commercial, Access, Medical and supporting functions and the CV Market Development department.

Based in Søborg, we are a global team of currently 40 people leading the global launch of Rybelsus®, its life-cycle management as well as the company’s expansion into the CV space with stakeholders throughout the entire HQ organisation as well as Operations.

The position
In the role as Personal Assistant to the CVP, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in Oral Semaglutide. The primary tasks are to support the CVP and leadership team with system and administrative support to ensure a fun, engaging and effective work environment.

This includes meeting planning, meeting minutes, practical details related to travel, organising off-sites and team events, and other ad-hoc tasks. In addition, you will mentor office trainees in the area and be part of the Global Commercial Strategy Admin Group. Furthermore, your tasks include financial controlling, team support, stakeholder management, and communication with internal/external stakeholders.

You will be part of the Oral Semaglutide management team, and ensure meetings are successfully planned and key actions captured. You will also have frequent interactions with other assistants throughout the organisation.

Qualifications
You have a relevant academic degree (BA level or equivalent) and solid experience from PA and team assistant roles. You communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English at business level, and you are highly skilled in MS Office.

You are a fast learner and quick to pick up new software skills. You are flexible and thrive in an everchanging environment, with frequently changing priorities and handle this with your sense of urgency, structure and overview.
We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic and engaged, delivers high-quality results and possesses a can-do attitude. You are service-minded, enjoy working under tight deadlines and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand.

You are proactive, plan ahead, and master the art of working independently, and you perform your job by using excellent collaboration skills and sense of humour.
