Do you like to be the ‘anchorpoint’ for your colleagues? Do you enjoy being in the supporter role and do you thrive to work in a global setting? Then you might be our new department assistant replacing our great colleague, who moved to another exciting position within Novo Nordisk.
This position offers an opportunity to work closely with all your colleagues in the department as well as colleagues from our global clinical organisation. The position offers a combination of day-to-day supportive duties as well as collaboration with your colleagues in the Clinical Operations Office on their various projects such as competency development, communication and process optimisation.
The position
You will be responsible for various administrative tasks. You will maintain our department budget, ensure administrative records are kept up to date and be involved in onboarding of new colleagues. Also, you will act as the anchor for our department, including supporting department meetings/activites as well as ad hoc support to our colleagues.
You will be our subject matter of expert for system related tasks (e.g. contract management, purchase orders, mailing lists and sharepoint) and you will be a key point of contact for several of our global stakeholders.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should be highly motivated by coordination and supportive tasks. You strive to deliver efficient and smooth day-to-day operation. You will contribute to a positive, inspiring and cheerful work culture, where trust and collaboration is at high focus.
Ideally, you have experience working with budgets and you might even have experience from working in clinical operations and have a basic understanding of GCP. You are proficient in English and you have an interest in utilising and exploring the functionalities of our digital systems/tools. You are well-structured, self-motivated, proactive, engaged with a can-do attitude. You are a team player and you thrive working across skill areas and cultures in a global organisation.
About the department
The position is based in the Clinical Operations Office within the Clinical Operations Centre of Expertise. We are a team of 16 dedicated colleagues working globally to facilitate process optimisation and competency building of our colleagues working with product development projects.
