This unit will, together with stakeholders in Novo Nordisk from across the value chain and in partnership with patients, create patient voice strategies for our product offerings in development. A patient voice strategy is a plan for ensuring that the perspectives and experiences of patients are included and considered in our development decision-making processes. The patient voice strategy manager will be the main point of contact of the strategy, drive the creation of the strategy with key internal stakeholders and be responsible for the coordination of execution of the Patient Voice activities This may include developing, advising on, and implementing patient engagement initiatives, and working with other departments to ensure that patient-centered practices are incorporated into all aspects of our work. You will be part of Global Medical Affairs and will work in Søborg, Denmark. We are a small team with the ambition to grow. We are responsible for leading and overseeing Novo Nordisk efforts to have patient voice at the centre of our operation and decision-making in the development of our treatment offerings. As associate patient voice strategy manager, you will report directly to the Chief Patient Officer In this role, your main responsibilities will be to: Generate and lead Patient Voice strategies with a cross-functional team in key therapeutic areas; ensuring regular reporting to senior management Participate in relevant internal forums and workstreams to provide advise and direction to incorporate the Patient Voice, and drive reflection and alignment with business objectives. Disseminate knowledge and ensure adoption of Patient Voice related topics across the organisation Represent Novo Nordisk in various forums relating to Patient Voice in Research & Development Do you have what it takes?
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: MSc. In life science or other relevant fields Experience in patient focused drug development Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry and the patient experience, including patient engagement . Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with different departments and stakeholders to develop and implement patient engagement strategies. Strong project management skills to plan and execute patient engagement initiatives. Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative patient engagement solutions. Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of patient engagement strategies and make data-driven decisions. As a person you are motivated to drive new initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment. You have a high degree of independence to set direction and deliver results in close collaboration with other experts. You enjoy identifying better practice across the industry and improve these.
