As a Product Owner you will play a key role in supporting the intended use, governance of harmonised GMBRs and system utilisation in the department. Your responsibilities summed up: Ensure continuous harmonized GMBRs and usage of PAS-X across Novo Nordisk this includes aligning functionality across all sites, identify and solve process gaps and confirm processes to ensure they meet standards Set directions to ensure standardisation and harmonization of the PAS-X template e.g. system master data and GMBRs Ensure the intended use of the PAS-X System and knowledge of processes at sites Manage change requests from sites Collaboration and knowledge sharing with MES Leads, Core and System teams in the department Qualifications: Master’s degree within a relevant discipline e.g., Engineering, business, economics, pharmacist or equivalent Experience working in a similar position Solid knowledge with MES Experience and knowledge of production processes within the pharma industry Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken; Danish skills would be an asset Strong collaboration and stakeholder management competencies To succeed in this job, you should be able to bridge your technical knowledge with business process understanding and communication to stakeholders on different levels.
