We currently have an opening for a software lead with extensive programming experience and with the ability to organize our software development, keeping the projects and people together and the software on track by delivering on the product roadmap. Rope Robotics can offer a progressive working environment with a broad range of responsibilities. You will be lead of a small and efficient team where the distance from idea to action is short. In the software lead role you will work closely with our founders Hans and Martin as their right hand in delivering on the product vision of Rope Robotics.

You need to be a good listener and like working with people. You can take on responsibility independently and have a hands-on approach. The Job:
- Lead the software development of the largest robot project in Denmark
- Be responsible for the implementation of the product roadmap
- Plan and coordinate the software sprints and produce code yourself
- Ensure good communication and team play within the projects delivered

- 5+ years of experience as a software developer
- Experience writing Python or other industrial software
- You have experience being a scrum master and/or software lead
- You have a masters degree or equivalent in the area of software/computer science and long hands-on experience developing code
