We are looking for an ambitious and skilled Digital Head of Marketing who can lead our E-commerce and Marketing teams and further develop the universe of Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk’s brand DNA and support the growth journey that the company is on. You will work closely with and report to Founder & Creative Director, Ilse Jacobsen, and at the same time be part of the management team.
The ideal candidate is independent with a team player spirit and a strong drive combined with entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.
Collections are developed at headquarters and distributed globally through our own concept stores, distributors and e-commerce. The company offers integrated marketing communication and innovative product offerings to support sales through all sales and distribution channels.

PRIMARY TASKS
- Strategy for E-commerce & Marketing and managing the budget for the Marketing department
- Ensure implementation of marketing strategies across all distribution channels
- Manage and launch innovative marketing concept for coming and new selection
- Ensure alignment across the organization of all marketing activities
- Coordinate and implement go-to-market strategies for all products and concepts - also new ones
- Lead and develop E-commerce and Marketing teams
- Cooperation with and budget management in relation to external partners, e.g. media agencies
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the various marketing activities e.g. campaigns
IT IS AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience from branding fashion/ lifestyle products and strategies for rapid growth
- Project manager skills showing initiative and ability to prioritizing marketing activities
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and can translate this to specific marketers
- Experience with proactive business development and exploring new business opportunities
- Great communication skills with the ability to deliver spot-on nuances in Danish and English
