Join our Pricing & Tender team
You will become part of a skilled team of pricing and tender managers based in Aarhus and Hamburg. Together, we are responsible for providing the budgets for logistics for renewable energy projects in Europe.
Manage the pricing and tender phase
As a tender manager, you will take full ownership of the logistics calculations for the projects in the sales phase – from initial request via the tendering phase to handing over the project to colleagues in the Execution team.
You will have a broad interface to both internal and external stakeholders ensuring accurate, transparent and competitive budgets. You will be responsible for:

You will become part of a skilled team of pricing and tender managers based in Aarhus and Hamburg. Together, we are responsible for providing the budgets for logistics for renewable energy projects in Europe.
Manage the pricing and tender phase
As a tender manager, you will take full ownership of the logistics calculations for the projects in the sales phase – from initial request via the tendering phase to handing over the project to colleagues in the Execution team.
You will have a broad interface to both internal and external stakeholders ensuring accurate, transparent and competitive budgets. You will be responsible for:
- Identifying, validating and retaining costs from the suppliers for port services and trucking
- Taking the lead on coordinating the tender phase process, working closely together with our project management team and relevant stakeholders
- Gathering the full tender package – defining scope, strategy, securing capacity and the approach towards the market
- Evaluation and alignment with our suppliers and customers, clarification and final negotiations for the port services and trucking, leading to nomination of suppliers for the projects
- Managing contracts, risk evaluation and handover to our Execution team
To succeed in this role…
…You have a passion for renewable energy and a sense and understanding for the importance to lead change. As a person, you are able to work with a high level of structure and take both a proactive and analytical approach to change and developing projects further.
Moreover, you:
- Have 3-5 years of professional experience within logistics and/or procurement
- Have a strong business understanding, preferably gained within project management and/or transport planning – although this is not a pre-requisite
- Have the ability to build relationships – both internally across the organisation and externally towards our customers and suppliers
- Are internationally minded and enjoy working in a global business environment
Preferably, you will be based at our offices in either Aarhus or Hamburg, but we are open to look into other options.
