Turbine Solutions Control Infrastructure Engineering Project Management
The Control Infrastructure Engineering department is part of the Control Infrastructure organisation which have departments in Chennai, Porto and Denmark delivering the turbine infrastructure including SW, Electronics, Cables, Sensors, Cabinets, Power supplies.

The department consists of a mix of Line Managers, Technical leaders and Project Managers so that all areas of leadership are in the same department which makes a strong unit in terms of taking decisions and executing projects.

  • 400+ microprocessors and 2,5 km cables within the turbine
  • 3+ million line of code
  • Deploys code to the 30.000+ turbines
  • Automated build systems
  • 250 developers
  • Development centres in Aarhus, Porto and Chennai

Responsibilities
As primary areas of responsibility as Project Manager:

  • You will be responsible for running one or more projects within our organisation. It can vary from project to project if it is as the overall PM or as a Sub level PM and if it is a turbine project or a technology project
  • You will together with the line management ensure that we deliver as agreed within the project boundaries. The line management are responsible for the delivery from each of their teams and you are the overall responsible for the organisation
  • Your focus will be on the time, delivery and cost where the Project Technical Lead reporting to you will support in defining the right scope and ensure the quality
  • Our project sizes in terms of hours varies from 1000 to 160.000 hours with the main amount around 100.000 hours.

Qualifications
To succeed with the above, we expect you to have:

  • An educational background within Engineering or IT or similar relevant for the position
  • More importantly, you have some years of experience in running projects - preferable with a mix of hardware and software content
  • Experience within Scaled Agile framework or similar would also be preferable.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English fluently

Additional information
The work location is in Aarhus, Denmark.
The position requires approximate 1-2 weeks of travel per year.
