As our new Head of Cost Allocation you will be part of the Global Cost Management department managing all support cost in Ramboll. The position is located in Copenhagen, and you will be managing a team in Gurgaon, India

You will join our Cost Management department
As our new Head of Cost Allocation you will be part of the Global Cost Management department managing all support cost in Ramboll. The position is located in Copenhagen, and you will be managing a team in Gurgaon, India
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Build and Lead the cost allocation department (1 Team Lead and 3 Business Analysts).
- Play a key role in developing the future allocation process and solution.
- Manage the Cost Allocation Process from end to end.
- Drive the development of Power BI reports for the Functional Support Managers, and the business managers receiving the cost.
- Cooperate closely with the Cost Controlling Department in defining the funding requirements.
- Ensure the cost allocation are aligned with Ramboll accounting standards and transfer pricing regulation and ensure proper documentation and agreements are in place.
Your starting point for constant growth

- 5+ years of experience within Cost Controlling.
- Candidates with proven experience with Cost Allocation is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Danish and English.
- M.Sc. in Finance, Economics or similar.

- You have strong communication skills and is able to communicate to all levels of the organisation.
- You have an analytical mindset, are structured and proactive, and have great stakeholder management skills.
