You are consultative, yet comfortable taking decisions even with incomplete information. You ensure follow-up on implementation of decisions. Towards the field, you have a service-minded and involving approach. You are keen to build strong working relations, while at the same time being pro-active and persistent in our shared pursuit for a high level of quality, technical excellence and compliance. You have extensive leadership experience at senior level and are used to leading change processes and building strong teams.
