Play a significant part in running and developing service sites

Are you an experienced people manager able to develop and lead teams and individuals? Are you ready to take on the responsibility of service sites developing and implementing new strategies for the area? Do you have great interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude enabling you to ensure customer satisfaction?

Tasks & responsibilities:

Working out of Aarhus, DK, and reporting to our COO, you will be P&L responsible for service sites. The main areas are people management/leadership and complex logistics (SOV, multiple CTVs, helicopter, etc.). You will be leading the Service Managers on the wind farms and ensure that they have the best prerequisites for leading their team members. As Service Director, you will ensure customer satisfaction and drive strategy for customers and operation in the area.

You will also be responsible for:

  • The overall HSE in the area
  • Chairing monthly management meetings
  • Drive optimisations and collaboration
  • Financial reporting for the sites
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Optimising stakeholder interaction (HSE, HR, Payroll, Quality, Sales, etc.)
  • Approve unions deals and other union issues

  • Has experience with full P&L responsibility
  • Has excellent business skills and a customer-focused, solution- and improvement-oriented mindset
