Are you an experienced people manager ready to use your skills and develop, lead and train a team of Commissioning Supervisors? Would you like to join an international organisation in the middle of an exciting ramp-up phase?
Responsibilities & tasks: You will…
…hire, manage and coordinate the best-in-class Supervisors. The team will consist of Commissioning Supervisors, and it will be your responsibility to develop them by deploying MHI Vestas culture and strategies. You will allocate qualified and motivated competencies to Commissioning sites according to project specifications.
Some of your main tasks as a Team Leader:
Coordination and resource planning in a fast-changing environment People management, e.g. conduct regular 1:1 meetings and individual development plans with Supervisors in own team Personal and process development of the team Execution of HR processes, e.g. People Review, Merit, Motivation and Performance Dialogue Currently MHI Vestas Offshore is in the middle of an interesting ramp-up phase, and you will play a key role in hiring, onboarding and preparing our new employees for the forthcoming projects Participate in and drive various departments projects Various administrative tasks, e.g. approve allowance, approve travel expenses General support to Supervisors

Strong skills within communication and motivation are needed to fulfil the role, where you are expected to coach and develop the individual team members constantly striving to improve their competences and ensure cross-team collaboration and knowledge-sharing. To succeed in this role, you need to be a team player as you will work closely with the other Team Leaders in Operations Site Resources.

Your primary work location will be Aarhus, Denmark, and you should expect approx. 80-100 travel days per year, to different sites across Europe. Especially in the beginning, you should expect to spend many days at various construction sites.
