Power Solutions Quality Improvements and Processes IOT & Ind. 4.0
You will be part of the PLM Development department, where we are responsible for developing Vestas’ capabilities across the value chain in relation to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things (IoT).
With more than 40 dedicated specialists in application, design tools, business transformation, Industry 4.0 and data analytics, located in Denmark, Portugal and India, PLM development works across sales, product development, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and service.
The IoT & Industry 4.0 team is responsible for developing and driving digitalisation initiatives in collaboration with colleagues across the full value chain.
Responsibilities
As Senior Specialist within IoT & Industry 4.0 you will lead the Vestas Digital Partner Programme and related digitalisation strategy in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the organisation. In addition, your responsibilities will cover to:

Responsibilities
As Senior Specialist within IoT & Industry 4.0 you will lead the Vestas Digital Partner Programme and related digitalisation strategy in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the organisation. In addition, your responsibilities will cover to:
- Develop client roadmaps, program plans, business cases, and realisation strategies to implement upon defined strategies
- Ensure gathering of business requirements together with your team
- Ensure that business requirements are translated into functional specifications to secure full delivery of end user solutions
- Act as technical lead for a team of 10 dedicated specialists
- Set clear goals and priorities for your team
- Promote a culture of innovation and bold thinking through rapid testing and learning experimentation
Qualifications
You value working in teams, and you are curios and willing to experiment with new emerging technologies. In addition, you have the following qualifications:
- Master's Degree within Engineering, Computer Science or IT combined with 5+ years’ experience from an international environment in a large company
- Good foundation on overall Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or directly related disciplines
- Significant basic knowledge of PLM, MES, ERP systems
- Solid Project Management skills and a good understanding of business development, digitalisation, and business transformation
- Experience in data analytics and digitalisation solutions, preferably around PLM
- Knowledge of advanced IT methods & big data applications
- Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation

- You are motivated, open-minded and know how to inspire others in a positive way
- You have the ability to maintain focus on outcome and quality
- You have great skills within innovation, new technologies, and problem-solving
- You work methodically without losing sight of the bigger picture
- You have detailed understanding of how product development impact the value chain in a company
- You have solid communication skills and like to work with customers, consultants and global cross-functional teams
