Maersk is seeking an experienced Content Manager with a focus on sales enablement to help execute Maersk commercial growth strategy through the creation and repurposing of sales content.

The Content Manager will serve as a key partner to the Global& Regional sales team, Marketing, Product other partners. This position is responsible for developing and repurposing best-in-class sales content through the Live docs on the content platform.

In addition, the position will manage projects including content development, and training programs onto the Seismic content platform.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and have experience of managing successful projects in fast-paced, matrix environments.

Key responsibilities


• Manage content and tags ongoing on the platform ensuring alignment with business needs
• Coordinate content creation with Sales, Product and Marketing based on platform usage data
• Coordinate the production and publishing of compelling, differentiated content through a solid understanding of services/products, business objectives, target audience, sales insights and content best practices within Maersk
• Create and coordinate sales content for upcoming product launches, sales collateral and other variations
• Actively mentor regional sales and the product team on content development best practices
• Review the existing sales content and identify the best way to organize and manage the content on a go forward basis on the Seismic platform
• Create a comprehensives sales weekly digest for global and all regional platforms
• Identify content gaps and work with Sales Enablement and Marketing to prioritize and develop the materials.
• Content wrangling including optimization of content, removal of duplicate content, ensuring quality, and updating content
• Manage and own LiveDocs that generate propositions and content for sales.

We are looking for


The ideal candidate have 2-5years of relevant business experience in content strategy within a B2B sales environment.

You have experience working on a project team, supporting project work and meeting project timelines; 3+ year project management experience is desirable.

Furthermore you:

• Have ability to determine content needs, format and creation of a sales enablement plan

• Have proven content strategy and project management experience

• Have CMS experience with similar platforms such as Highspot or, Seismic.

As a person you are disciplined and well-organized with a strong emphasis on getting things done timely and correctly.

You have a strategic, proactive and analytical mind-set, you are dedicated to developing high expertise within a given field and you have a good sense of humor.

In addition, you thrive in a fast paced and competitive environment with interaction with many stakeholders.
