As our new Head of Controlling, Reporting & Tax you will head-up a team of five and report to the Vice President, Corporate Finance & Accounting. You will work out of our Headquarters in Ballerup and some travel can be expected.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who will drive Ambu's financial controlling, reporting and tax agenda forward. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide leadership in Ambu’s financial reporting & controlling processes by ensuring quality, consistency and integrity of the group consolidation and external reporting
- Liaise with group auditors throughout the annual audit cycle
- Ensure IFRS compliance together with the team and external consultants, incl. continuously improving our internal control framework, plan and perform annual controlling visits and report to the Audit Committee
- Lead the tax function consisting of our Global Tax Manager incl. sparring in different OECD and EU initiatives
You will collaborate with many external and internal stakeholders including Investor Relations, regional/local finance teams, Business Finance and Group CFO.

The ideal candidate for this role should:
- Value leadership and teamwork - lead/coach direct reports and local finance managers while keeping hands-on approach
- Have sound technical accounting skills from complex settings with multi currencies and geographies
- Possess strong drive and personal energy - tight deadlines and many different tasks require a high work energy and the ability to quickly analyze complex issues
- Be socially intelligent and understand to communicate in different cultures and organizational levels
- Have experience from managing audit/finance teams
- Have experience from Group Finance in a multinational corporation preferred
