Service Service Operations New Product Integration
In Global Operations Engineering we develop product upgrades and improvements, manage product deficiencies, integrate new products and services, maintain service documentation and set simplified way of working across all SBUs Operations Engineering departments.
Project Management and Product Integration is a team consisting of project managers, product handover and implementation leaders, who are meant to work together to deliver excellent results from project mandate to products being fully operational.
Responsibilities
Manager of Project Management has a key role to play in empowering the team of highly skilled individuals, working with all engineering competencies within the wind industry and running technical development projects for different Service departments.

- Leading a team of highly competent project managers
- Ensure smooth processes and resource allocation for project execution
- Ensure overview of existing and active projects
- Consolidation of reporting across projects
- Drive competencies development within your area
- Manage vast group of stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management in corporate organizations
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience as a team leader
- Proven ability to set objectives and build performance measures that fulfill those and consistently deliver solid results
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any business, engineering or related field from an accredited university. Leadership education would be preferred
- Project Management certification(s)

- Solid process-oriented mindset -ability to bring structure and process into a complex global organization
- Great communication skills and able to communicate and present at all corporate levels in multi-cultural environment. Fluency in English, both in oral and in writing.
