Manufacturing and Global Procurement Blades Blades EMEA Region
The EMEA regional Blade organisation is responsible for all operational task within the region. Secure all factories in the region deliver on safety, quality, output and cost. People are the most important asset in blade production and hereby people motivation and satisfaction is a key parameter for our performance.
The region have currently the responsibility for 6 internal factories and 1 external factory who employee approximately 3500 people.

Competencies
No formal experience required but it is an advantage if you understand how a matrix organisation works and the complexities it entails. You should bring new ideas and an openness for learning and challenges. Knowledge about SAP will be preferred.

Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive and create business cases for the region regarding changes and potential up/downsizing sites and cost out projects
- Coordinate cross-departmental and cross-regional projects/initiatives
- Drive elimination of organisational waste. Lead, drive and create regional communication strategy
- Prepare presentations & analyses for the Regional Head
- Prepare and run meetings and workshops and ensure follow up on decisions and tasks
- Proactively provide sparring to and support the Head of Region regarding organisational, strategic and tactical opportunities and challenges
- Support to bind / integrate the EMEA region into the entire Vestas organisation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in International Business, Strategy, Finance, Economics or similar.
- Financial understanding to create business cases will be preferred
