Power Solutions Product Strategy & Technical Sales Offshore Product Strategy
In the Offshore Product Launch and Go´ to Market team we facilitate the product related information flow between the product development organization in Vestas Power Systems (R&D), and the sales organization. In order to enable the sales region units to complete sales of our offshore turbines, we support with more in depth technical knowledge, which e.g. include technical sales presentation and product documentation.
You will be working closely with both sales and R&D, as well as facilitating the technical communication with the customer.

You will be hired in Århus, Denmark.
Travel activity: 15 days.
This is a Maternity Cover expected to have a duration of one year.

You will be working closely with both sales and R&D, as well as facilitating the technical communication with the customer.
Responsibilities
- Consolidated technical and commercial market details from the offshore wind industry, and communicate them to the product development organization
- Drive execution of the commitment sign-off process for non-standard technical features
- Support the product strategy team with technical knowhow for new markets or customers
- Secure good communication of product development related topics in direct meetings with customers
- Ensure, develop and facilitate a structured communication flow from the end customer, sales organization and the product development organization
- Complete technical diligence processes in close co-operation with subject matter experts and other internal Vestas stakeholders
- Customers reporting regarding products under development
- Be the interface between our sales department and subject matter experts for technical questions and clarifications
- Participate in many different ad-hoc tasks as we are working in a fast-changing industry where few days are the same
Qualifications
- To achieve your goals in this role you must have a an engineering degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience, e.g. working with wind turbines on a technical level
- Have the ability to handle tasks which is not predefined from the start, and hence develop solutions during the process
- You have the ability navigate in complex situation and deliver results which are aligned with a wide range of stakeholders
- As a person you have a fact based and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- You have solid communication skills in English, and are not afraid of being on the spot during meetings and workshops. Ability to communicate in Danish and German is a plus.

- Great stakeholder management skills and able to communicate with all levels of the organization
