OSR are delivering resources to the construction projects in various roles. The team leader will supervise a team of approx 28 supervisors
Responsibilities
As Team Leader your primary tasks will be:
- Being responsible for management of and developing direct reports and overall team (Supervisors)
- Motivating employees and securing work-life balance
- Hiring, training and developing Supervisors
- Responsible for allocation qualified, engaged, motivated competencies between Supervisor teams and Projects, according to project specifications at the right time
- Responsible for guiding the overall direction/agenda from Operations Support Management Team and Construction Management towards the Supervisors
- Budget supervision
Qualifications
- Skilled user of MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics
- Team Leader and coordinating experience
- Distance management skills
- Knowledge of local labor agreements
- Fluent English language skills, verbal and written
Competencies

- Good coordinating/planning skills
- Ability to develop, guide and direct a team
