As our next Head of Enterprise Creative Development at GN you will lead a team of ambitious marketing creation managers in order to create the best possible outcomes for our worldwide product launches.
In the middle of a world of sound
At our office in Ballerup, we want to bring you inside a world, where we strive to change people’s lives through the power of sound. More than 6,500 people work with you globally to make life sound better, and you will be in the middle of it all – Brand and Marketing Creation.
Inside the department, you will see your 29 colleagues taking care of each other by sharing ideas and reaching out with helping hands to achieve a common goal: Creating innovative and on point marketing solutions worldwide.
Turning what into how
You have an in-depth knowledge of what is going on in your team. Managing your own area of responsibility is not a problem either, because you oversee call-centric headset marketing yourself.
In your team, you facilitate the creation of marketing assets and execution of global toolkits, and you support all regional sales and marketing teams – it is a big responsibility to lead that team, and you understand how to use the resources that surround you in order to achieve your goals.
“You’ll be responsible for managing the team who leads the creation and execution of marketing toolkits for enterprise product launches. A key responsibility is understanding the ‘what’ briefed by the global product marketing team and turning that in to ‘how’,” says Director of Creative Development Elizabeth Skjøtt.

- Manage key stakeholders, external production agencies and suppliers
- Work closely with creation managers to optimize creative asset development processes
- Monitor the competition within professional audio and video technology
- Provide the core team with updates and reports on toolkit status
- Collaborate with senior management, regional marketeers, and global colleagues to understand their needs and assist with optimizing assets and delivering content
- Work on top-priority product launches that require top-quality creative execution and oversee all enterprise marketing assets

Being a leader, you bring:
- Enterprise marketing, marketing creation, and/or project management experience for a minimum of 5 years
- Experience with enterprise audio and video technology
- A proven track record of being an equally strong creator and executor
- Strong digital knowledge and experience with enterprise channels
