What we offer
At WS Audiology, Operations Management is the administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within our organization.
Located in our CO2 neutral HQ north of Copenhagen, Lynge, you will be part of a team of Global and Local Lean specialists that, despite the physical distances, collaborate closely to share knowledge and develop each other’s competences. You will spend most of your time improving processes, facilitate tools and theory in practice in close collaboration with managers and their teams, and support areas covering Production Technology & Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Safety, Finance, NPI, HR etc. In the long term, the role requires a local presence, so you should expect travels in Estonia, Poland, Germany, Singapore, Philippines etc.

The successful candidate will be a LEAN Expert and has Six Sigma degree, with great stakeholder and change management skills. You know how to motivate people at all levels and drive your agenda through effective collaboration and knowledge sharing. You are self-driven and enjoy being part of the change you facilitate.
As a person, you are a team player and thrive on assisting others to perform their best. You have a high personal drive and a positive attitude with a good sense of humour.

Your Responsibilities
You will play a significant role in further developing our Structured Lean concept.
- Work on Model-areas of different topics – to show best practice and full potential.
- Identify, initiate, support and follow up on local improvement projects by completing Gemba walks with managers on-site, facilitating Kaizen events, developing KATA and Root cause coaching for managers etc.
- Develop Lean academy training programs for managers and employees together with Lean consultants.
- Conduct Lean assessments to monitor WOW/WCM progress, management behavior and identify areas for improvement.
- Progress the Smart Lean Program concept focusing on business processes, such as policy/cost deployment and process management as well as develop methodologies to sustain long-term improvements.

- Have a Master’s Degree within Production Management, Engineering, Business or Economics.
- Have a solid experience with Lean management in both production and administrative contexts, and you know how to train managers and their team members at all levels in Lean thinking.
- Have a proven track record of significant sustained business performance improvements.
- Thrive working with a long-term approach to Lean and are motivated not only by concept development but also by implementation, support and follow-up in Lean activities.
- Communicate effortlessly in Danish and English in both speech and writing – if you know another language, it would be a plus.
