Then this is your chance to join a skilled and engaged training team in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) Manufacturing Development (ManDev) - Business Support.

The position is permanent.

About the department

You will be placed in DFP ManDev that supports production sites across the globe by making innovative improvements of our production processes. DFP ManDev Business Support consists of two teams and a total of 16 persons that drive a broad range of business processes and supporting activities across ManDev. You will join the Training & Support team and have 3 colleagues working with training. This team operates and continuously develop and improve our training together with persons placed across the ManDev organisation.

About the position

Your key responsibility as Training Partner is to set direction and drive initiatives related to training. The training area in ManDev is in a transition period, as new processes and way of managing training are about to be implemented. Due to this, you will implement corporate training projects as well as drive ManDev initiatives to develop the training area from the needs of the organisation. The position requires that you are able to gain overview of a complex training setup, manage a large amount of data, and transfer it into clear overviews that you can use to set direction.

You will take on different roles such as project manager, facilitator and teacher at workshops and developer of training. You can look forward to a challenging career opportunity with a chance to leave your signature on the future training setup of ManDev.

Qualifications

You hold a relevant Bachelor or Master degree and you have minimum 3-5 years of experience with project management and implementation of training initiatives in large organisations that include GMP regulated areas. You have a proven track record of successfully implemented training projects and have solid experience with concepts like training for competences, job instructions, 4P, Job training Plans/Training Outlines. In addition, you have in-depth understanding and experience with implementation of the ‘full training process’ from training needs assessment to training effectiveness measurements. Moreover, you have experience with designing highly effective training using various kind of training methods and technologies to target the audience.

To succeed in the position, you need to have excellent project management skills and have a talent for building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Stakeholder management and understanding business needs is key to succeed in this position. You are committed and engaged, and capable of doing both strategic and ‘bread-and-butter’ work in complex environments. You like to take responsibility for ensuring the success of your projects and you do not mind going the extra mile to ensure that the business targets are met. You must be fluent in both English and Danish.

As a person, you are ambitious with a high level of energy and a positive and pragmatic mindset, creating solutions that make a difference on shop floor. The ability to take the lead and motivate others to reach shared goals are important to you. You are a team player and will focus on developing and sharing best practices – and at the same time know how to drive a process on your own.
