Can you drive change and communication initiatives to stakeholders at different levels globally? Then you could be the Senior Change Management Partner for the HR Regional Service Centre for Europe.
About the department
You will join a team of highly engaged and passionate colleagues who are on an exciting journey to grow the HR Regional Service Centre for Europe. We have a well-established service center in Bagsvaerd, Denmark and is building an additional center in Warsaw, Poland with the ambition to provide professional HR operational service and guidance to more than 20.000 managers and employees working in Novo Nordisk. Currently we focus on supporting countries in Europe and later the scope will be expanded to also cover countries in Middle East and Africa. We intend to transform the way we provide HR operational services by introducing more digital platforms for self-service and by providing support remotely; a change that impacts both colleagues in HR and our customers in line of business.
The position
You will join the HR Regional Service Centre for Europe, a unit in Global People and Organisation Services, and report to the VP of the unit. The Senior Change Management Partner will play an important role in ensuring a smooth implementation of the new operating model in different geographies and hence be key to the success of the Regional Service Centre. The main purpose is to create the right level of readiness, engagement and ownership around the changes coming by having a good understanding of the implications of the changes for the people and the organisation. As Senior Change Management Partner you will ensure that there is a strong focus on change management as we implement the new way of working in countries where managers and employees have been used to personal on-site HR support. Key to the role is that you have in-depth understanding of how to create awareness and enthusiasm around our change journey via engaging communication and stakeholder interaction. You will together with the management team be responsible for developing and driving the change management approach required for a successful implementation. At the same time, you will ensure that change and communication activities are aligned and coordinated with the different projects in the overall transformation journey for Global People & Organisation.
Qualifications
You have a background as consultant, communicator or HR partner with more than 5 years of experience with organisational change communication and change management. You have prior experience in driving change and communication activities for large transformation initiatives in a global organisation. Your deep understanding, expertise and experience with change management is key for success in the role. You are familiar with HR, strong at stakeholder engagement, have a broad business understanding, and experience with implementing new processes, systems and solutions in different cultures. You have a master’s degree in a relevant field such as human resource management, organisational development, psychology, communications, business administration, etc. Preferably, you have both experience and formal training in project management. Finally, you have excellent command of written and spoken English.
