As Director, Head of Global Healthcare Compliance at LEO Pharma you will lead the global healthcare compliance efforts and activities across 60+ countries and lead a dedicated team of healthcare compliance professionals in order to ensure that LEO Pharma continuously is compliant in all aspects of healthcare.
You will become part of Global Compliance and Risk which also covers code of conduct, anti-corruption, risk management, compliance investigations, crisis management, and third party compliance. You will report directly to VP, Head of Global Compliance and Risk.
Your main tasks will be:
You have extensive experience working with healthcare compliance in the pharmaceutical industry and you are an experienced people manager. You must have strong IT and process insight and excellent stakeholder management, as well as collaborative and commnunication skills. Furthermore, you must have experience with project and change mangement. Hands-on experience with healthcare compliance is required and it is expected that you are updated on the latest legislation within healthcare compliance. You have a Master’s Degree in Science, Business, Administration, or similar and you are fluent in English, preferably you speak or understand other languages as well.
You are a solution-oriented person who can manage high complexity and still keep the grand overview. You have a well-developed cultural flair and are seasoned in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders and functions. You have the experience to make critical decisions and demonstrate self-awareness.

- Lead and develop an international team of 7 people located in Ballerup, Denmark
- Oversight of the ongoing engagement and transparency (disclosure) cases and processes
- Implement an enhanced end to end healthcare compliance process
- Act as an internal Healthcare Compliance Role Model and keep the entire organisation updated on healthcare compliance issues
- Handle the complexity of different compliance legislation across different countries
- Maintain strong collaborations with IFPMA, EFPIA and relevant local authorities
