Join the Strategy & CEO office team driving key initiatives and agendas across the business
In the Strategy and CEO office team, you will join a department, which is responsible for developing and tracking the GN Hearing Corporate strategy, conducting critically important strategic projects and running the CEO office.
As Strategy Manager, you will first and foremost be responsible for managing the CEO office, while also participate in strategy execution and strategic projects. Your role will therefore be to:

Structured, analytical mindset and a skilled communicator
As responsible for the CEO office, you can work with ambiguity. You can manage several projects-, and actions at the same time. You are used to making decisions, based on a solid data foundation. In addition, you are driven to collaborate with many colleagues throughout the organization. You also explore any opportunity that arise, which may provide business value.
You have excellent analytical abilities, enabling you to comprehend complex information and translate these into value adding solutions.

Join the Strategy & CEO office team driving key initiatives and agendas across the business
In the Strategy and CEO office team, you will join a department, which is responsible for developing and tracking the GN Hearing Corporate strategy, conducting critically important strategic projects and running the CEO office.
As Strategy Manager, you will first and foremost be responsible for managing the CEO office, while also participate in strategy execution and strategic projects. Your role will therefore be to:
- Develop and coordinate key materials for the Board of Director meetings and Chairmanship meetings
- Act as a project manager for high level, cross functional projects as assigned by the CEO
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and collaborate on all activities on behalf of the CEO – supported by the CEO secretary
- Support the development, quarterly reviews, and execution of our corporate strategy with stream leadership of selected one or more Strategic Priorities
- Support the development and execution of commercial projects, including go-to-market strategies for key markets, channel strategies and optimization projects
- Secure input and alignment from stakeholders and input providers to always achieve the best and implantable solutions for any given strategy project

In addition, we expect that you have:
- Min. 3 years of management consulting experience form a top-tier consultancy firm – preferable with strategy project experience, including corporate strategy, business unit strategies and business case development from a top-tier consultancy firm (for the candidate with more experience, a senior manager role can be discussed)
- Hold a Masters’ degree in Economics-, Finance-, or Business Administration
- Possess excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Have great presentation & communication skills, and that you are fluent in both written and spoken English
