Showcase innovation and drive brand credibility
As our brand communications research & writer, you source information which you craft into strong, relevant and cohesive narratives that are both relevant to our audience and what we want to say as a brand, making sure we are a part of the conversation on key trends. Doing so, you work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders as well as manage the production and outsourcing of assets to agencies and freelance creatives.
Furthermore, you design and manage original research studies, qualitative as well as quantitative, with a goal of understanding customer pain points.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will be to:
Resourceful problem-solver with copywriting experience
Your research and writing skills are unrivalled, and you know how to translate insights and complex technologies into tangible content that resonates with specific target audiences. You are resourceful and empowered by driving both the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ behind Jabra’s thought leadership program. In addition, you have excellent interpersonal capabilities and easily manage various stakeholder expectations.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Research, develop and create editorial and digital content, from articles, whitepapers and blog posts to presentations and webinars for key stakeholders in the business
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across all of GN Audio’s business units to develop and create content for our earned and owned media strategies
- Lead the development of thought leadership articles, working closely with internal and external PR teams and senior stakeholders within the business
- Augment strong writing, research and communications skills to translate research and insights into digestible content and attractive brand communications materials
- Lead research in cross-industry topics, including the Future of Work, Collaboration, Contact Centres, Artificial Intelligence, Education, Telehealth and the impact of technology across all industries
- Work across global communications to create and present C-Level narratives that lands our brand and positioning by showing people who we are, what we do and why our work matters to our customers
Resourceful problem-solver with copywriting experience
Your research and writing skills are unrivalled, and you know how to translate insights and complex technologies into tangible content that resonates with specific target audiences. You are resourceful and empowered by driving both the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ behind Jabra’s thought leadership program. In addition, you have excellent interpersonal capabilities and easily manage various stakeholder expectations.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have min. 3 years in marketing communications, editorial and thought leadership content creation, preferably from the technology sector
- Have strong research experience, preferably both qualitative and quantitative research
- Have demonstrated editorial and copywriting experience covering the technology sector, including a proven track record of creating presentations, whitepapers, features articles, digital content, blog posts and case studies
- Have experience in B2B marketing and a knowledge of channel marketing within enterprise
- Speak and write English with native proficiency
