Would you like to head an international and skilled ERP Finance team? And are you ready to leave your mark on the roll-out of D365FO across all GN's sites globally?
This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of ERP consultants that play a key role in transforming our IT landscape and contribute to shaping our digitization initiatives – now and in the future.
“You will lead a team of 7-9 specialists and join one of the most ambitious and exciting D365FO projects in Denmark. In total, more than 100 employees are engaged in this roll-out globally. It's quite comprehensive,” says Senior Director Jesper Johannsen.
Join Group IT and lead a global transformation
For the past 1.5 years, Group IT in GN has worked hard to implement Microsoft D365 as the new cloud-based ERP platform for our subsidiary GN Hearing globally. Now, we are ready to take the next steps in our ERP transformation journey and implement the new ERP platform for GN Audio as well.
During the next years, we will cover functionalities within sales, our supply chain, manufacturing and finance. Thus, our goal is to ensure one common platform with high quality and synergies across our business units.
As part of this mission, you will take on a key role in ensuring that our ERP finance team, in cooperation with our implementation partner and offshore partner, contributes to a successful roll-out, support and maintenance of our D365FO solution.
Head an ambitious ERP finance team
Leading a highly skilled team of specialists within D365 for finance, AX and data migration, you will ensure that your team contributes to a successful D365FO implementation for GN globally. As a system owner of our finance ERP solutions, you also need to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance and continuous improvement of our solutions.
Key objectives will be to motivate and develop your team and continuously improve our collaboration with our offshore partners and other vendors.
You will mainly focus on our D365FO platform. However, your team will also get involved with data migration, and you will have the responsibility for finance-related ISV solutions and finance solutions in our current AX2012 platform (until it is replaced with D365FO).
More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Nurturing strong relations with relevant stakeholders – from global finance managers and process owners to our other IT teams
- Improving business value from our collaboration with offshore partners and vendors
- Continuously developing and optimizing our solutions to make sure we work smartly and efficiently
- Maintaining our superuser network

Experienced manager with AX/D365 insight
- You have solid experience as a manager – probably from a similar role
- Preferable you have experience with AX or D365FO within finance
- You possess a great deal of energy and know how to uphold a performance-driven culture and deliver outstanding results
- You speak and write English effortlessly
