To head the Customer Quality Intelligence department, they are now looking for an experienced manager to join their quest.As the new Head of Customer Quality Intelligence you will lead the Customer Quality Intelligence (CQI) team with the purpose to detect, investigate and improve systematic quality issues as well as providing second line Technical support. The department currently consists of 10 skilled, dedicated and experienced people ranging from hardware- and software specialists to project managers, analytics and coordinators.As a member of the Corporate Quality management team, the new Director will be involved in the continuous improvement of Corporate Quality in general and specifically Quality Intelligence as well as being an authentic role model for the corporate quality mindset.Key Responsibilities
Besides the areas mentioned above, some of the key responsibilities of the role will involve:Own and develop processes related to Customer feedback, Complaints and Improvements (CAPA) in compliance with regulations Define and drive strategic initiatives Key stake holder in IT system development (SmartSolve, Salesforce) Report Product Quality status to management and other stakeholders Secure good collaboration with other functions (Customer care, Product management, Local Q teams, Sales, R&D and GOP) Responsible for driving both qualitative and quantitative data analysis allowing for proactive trending of market failures enabling us to react fast (before it turns into an issue that impacts business) Self-motivated leader with solid experience
It is expected that you are a strong team player with good communication and cooperation skills, who demonstrates proactivity and self-drive. You are passionate about quality and the use of best practices and methodologies, and your professional integrity guarantees strong stakeholder management, allowing Senior Management to have confidence in execution, progress and deliverables. Furthermore, you have sufficient insight into commercial aspects, to allow for proper consideration of business value in the decision-making process. Since this is a senior role, with extensive responsibilities, it is expected that you bring at least 5+ years’ experience in within Quality Intelligence and a proven track record, preferably from the Medical Device industry.If you share our passion for helping people, we look forward to receiving your application!
