In 2021, the growth is expected to continue. As companies and enterprises have invested in employees working from home, due to the ongoing pandemic, demand for GN Audio’s enterprise products has increased even further.With current market trends such as high focus on customer experience, increased use of AI and the development of new ways of working, GN Audio has decided to strengthen their commercial powerhouse within Contact Center Solutions. They are therefore looking for an experienced business strategist with excellent stakeholder management skills to join their Contact Center Solutions Business Unit.Connect insights, knowledge and resources across the functions
In the role as Strategic Business Manager, you will take part in developing new commercial product business cases within Contact Center Solutions – connecting insights, knowledge and resources across the functions of R&D, Product Management, Sales and Marketing. On a regular basis, you will be handling one-two new cases at a time. Therefore, one of the overall objectives in the role is that you use your strong analytical skills to develop a solid business case and prepare for GN Audio to have the resources and capabilities to make a legitimate decision based on your findings. You will be responsible for gathering regional insights from Sales and drive the solution for commercial challenges. Furthermore, you will engage in product definition and development from a commercial perspective where your strategic capabilities will come to play. In the role, you will drive go-to-market planning and launch readiness for the new products. To succeed it is essential that you possess excellent project management skills, analytical strength and determination – you navigate effortlessly between stakeholders, and you are able to mobilise resources and get them behind the business cases.The role offers a very interesting and challenging opportunity to become part of a fast-growing company that has delivered 20-40% top line growth p.a. for the past three consecutive years. You will step onto a development journey with plenty of opportunities to grow within the business unit, but also in other parts of the organisation. You will join a company and a team with a non-hierarchical culture, and where you will be expected and enabled to deliver to your full potential.We expect you to hold a B.S. or M.S. degree with top 10% results in e. g. business, engineering, economics or finance. You bring at least 2+ years of experience within management consulting or an internal strategy function or at least 4+ years of experience with commercial management, product management or similar.
You have a solid strategic, financial and project management background – experience within strategy, sales and marketing, product development and/or finance is an advantage.
