At HQ in Ballerup, you will be joining a team of 7 talent acquisition partners as a part of our Talent & Leadership team. Always listening closely to hiring managers and colleagues and challenging the status quo, we ensure the right hiring for areas across the GN Group. We always strive to do our utmost in the recruitment process, and we do so with an enthusiastic mindset.
Our talent acquisition team is diverse, bringing different competencies into play in every recruitment and our work environment is enterprising, varying, and engaging. As our new team member, you will experience a high degree of independency balanced with close collaboration on tasks covering areas across the team like process improvements and workforce planning.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with hiring managers not only to recruit new colleagues from Denmark but also from abroad. You will play an essential role in sharing best practice and insights as a trusted recruitment partner across the GN organization.

- Handling the end-to-end recruitment processes with hiring managers – and be the point of contact when external partners are involved
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the business in recruitment-related matters
- Contributing to the recruitment strategy and processes to meet the ongoing and future candidate demands
Experience from international environment
Since you will be working with global stakeholders across functions, cultures, and locations, an international mindset and great listening and communication skills are key.
Furthermore, you will need to thrive in handling multiple recruitment projects and changing priorities and be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial culture where there is always room for new ideas and projects.
Besides this, we also expect that you have:
- Solid experience within recruitment or proactive sourcing, for example from a similar recruitment function
- Experience in using psychometrics tests and selection tools for candidate assessment
- Experience from companies where you have interacted with global stakeholders
- A master’s degree in HR, communication or similar
- Speak and write English fluently
