In the middle of a world of sound
At our office in Ballerup, we want to bring you inside a world, where we strive to change people’s lives through the power of sound. More than 6,500 people work with you globally to make life sound better, and you will be in the middle of it all – Brand and Marketing Creation.
Inside the department, you will see your 29 colleagues taking care of each other by sharing ideas and reaching out with helping hands to achieve a common goal: Creating innovative and on point marketing solutions worldwide.
Attach yourself to creative end-to-end projects
You supply our sales and marketing representatives with the best possible toolkits by creating highly memorable marketing assets. You manage a vast surface of stakeholders and projects, that depend on your specialized channel marketing knowledge.
Who depends on you is not the only important thing. You depend on a variety of other specialists inside the department and externally that are looking forward to collaborating with you.
“When we begin a new product launch, you will be attached to the project alongside the creation manager and come up with a strategy, that is clear and visible through the entire process,” says Director of Creative Development Elizabeth Skjøtt.
A key task is to differentiate Jabra within the channel. But in this position, you will find that your job varies all the time, and exciting tasks within gamification, engaging people virtually and e-learning awaits you. And as a global company, you will engage people with all sorts of different backgrounds.
Besides that, you:
Relationship-building creator
Executing a catalogue of exciting, different, and innovative ideas demands that you have excellent project management skills. Many of the ideas could be executed simultaneously, and that means you are driving the projects forward on your own initiative and are not afraid to go find the answers yourself.
That being said, your relationship-building abilities are obvious. With this many shareholders and colleagues, you understand how to communicate on different levels, and you are especially skilled at interacting with key shareholders on a senior level.
You have a decent understanding of business as well, and no one can question your eye for details, because you need to be able to keep accurate records and plan in advance in order to secure, that projects are delivered on point and in time.

- Create relevant creative platforms that bring the to-channel material to life
- Develop to-channel storylines and ideas for product launches, use-cases, and ranges
- Collaborate with senior management, regional marketeers, and global colleagues to understand their needs and assist with optimizing assets and delivering content
- Monitor the competition and provide analyses thereof
- Outline and curate our global channel newsletter
- Measure the success of our asset toolkits
Relationship-building creator

- Have channel marketing work experience and are specialized in channel enterprise marketing/ marketing creation or project management for minimum 5 years
- Can demonstrate having created and executed marketing strategies or assets to a premium standard
- Have experience in delivering either creative ideas, end-to-end creative campaigns or managing creative agencies and processes
