Join our Product Quality Organization in GN Hearing as Head of Supplier Quality.
GN Hearing provides people across the world with advanced hearing aids that let them hear more, do more and be more than they ever thought possible.
In this position you will secure impeccable quality of products and services. You will work with enabling quality transformation with data driven approach and six sigma methodologies to improve supplier quality.
Your responsibilities
You will develop the supplier quality team and improve supplier quality and deploy six sigma from early product development to end of production, in close co-operation with quality leaders in GN Hearing.
Also, you will develop capabilities of the supplier quality team in their application of Six Sigma tools, methodology and principles and secure early fault elimination (PFMEA) as well as improve supplier process capabilities and secure outcome.
You are going to be working with implementing supplier scorecards as key metrics for supplier development and serve as supplier process experts in GN Hearing. You will facilitate continuous supplier quality improvement activities and events, long-term as well as quick response and you will work with secure supplier & component qualification.
You will have a strong focus on secure compliance to QMS and legal regulations and lead complex problem solving when needed. Also, you will collaborate closely with suppliers, sourcing team and quality leaders in R&D and Operations.

The position is based in our headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark. Your will have a passionate and competent team located in APAC and Europe. You will be part of the Product Quality Management team and report to the VP of Product Quality.

You have a background that looks like this
- Knowledgeable in PFMEA, 8D, 5Y, A3, DMAIC, statistical process control (MSA and DOE preferred)
- Knowledgeable in ISO13485 (preferred but not a must)
- Excellent English written and oral skills
- MSc in engineering, physics or similar
- Extensive leadership experience within supplier quality management and supplier development
- Good understanding of operations and R&D
