Join our Product Quality Organization in GN Hearing as Product Quality Process Specialist.
GN Hearing provides people across the world with advanced hearing aids that let them hear more, do more and be more than they ever thought possible.
In this position you will enable quality transformation with a data driven approach and six sigma methodologies. The Product Quality Process Specialist is vital to the success of GN Hearing and key to our mission to deliver best-in-class customer experience, so we want to welcome you on board.
Your responsibilities
You will identify high-leverage opportunities for quality improvement and define and manage the quality improvement program in agreement with stakeholders and sponsors. Maintaining detailed records of all quality improvement projects will be part of your work responsibility.
You will define and implement a structured approach to quality improvements and train and mentor quality leaders at various positions in their application of Six Sigma tools, methodology and principles.
You have experience in developing the competence and abilities of the improvement leaders at different maturity levels (from non-certified quality leaders to black belts) - through training, coaching and feedback.
Facilitating continuous quality improvement activities and events, long-term as well as quick response will be part of your job and you are excellent at complex problem solving.
You are comfortable and know how to have great collaboration with quality leaders in R&D and Operations.

The position is based in our headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark. You will be part of the Product Quality Management team and report to the VP of Product Quality. You will work closely with passionate and competent teams across R&D and Operations located in Europe, APAC and North America.

You will be successful in the role if you have:
- MSc degree in Engineering, Physics or similar
- Certified six sigma professional, Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification strongly preferred
- Strong skills: DMAIC, DFSS / DMADV and all related statistical tools. Ability to teach the proper use of warranty return forecasting tools, DFMEA, FMEA, QFD, DOE, CTQ, A3, 5Y, 8D
- Project management skills and a successful track record of leading quality improvement/six sigma projects in R&D and Operations.
- Very experienced in leading and coaching other quality improvement leads.
- Experience in developing processes, standards, procedures and documentation in an efficient way to ensure high quality products to meet customer requirements
- Experience from developing training procedures and programs
- Preferred (but no must): Knowledge of ISO13485, experience with FDA class 1A and 2A
- Excellent English written and oral skills
