Your new Team
Your new team forms part of the Audio Solutions department, working with Audio and Algorithm design (hereunder Machine Learning) and implementation, Prototyping, Platforming and Target integration. Our work is vital for acoustic solutions for some of the best communication, gaming-, and private use headsets in the world.
Team Management of DSP experts
In your new role, you will focus on developing a team of great DSP experts in an inspiring and engaging way. If you can direct and empower your team members on a daily basis and make sure that we have the right resources available at the right time, this job is for you.
Your team is part of a diverse project-based R&D organization and thus you will prioritize and coordinate project tasks within the group and reach consensus within the R&D organization. You will refer to the Director of Audio Solutions.
You should thrive with taking on the following responsibilities:
Well-structured and motivating
In order to be a good fit for this job, you should hold a degree in engineering and have some first experience with personnel management. This has taught you to pass your own passion for Digital Signal processing on to your team in an involving and appreciative way.

- Guiding the DSP team within all aspects of personnel management: annual feedback dialogue, training and development activities, recruitment, maintaining a team-oriented environment etc.
- Ensuring the quality and the timely delivery of overall DSP activities
- Coordination with other technology areas including continues development of our process framework.
- Resource planning and effort estimation
- Ensuring algorithms and frameworks are implemented according to state-of-arts methodologies.
