Newsec Advisory in Denmark has adopted an ambitious strategy and growth plan within valuation and is looking for a competent and ambitious manager of the valuation department.
Newsec is the absolute largest valuation company in Sweden and Norway and have the ambition to become the largest in Denmark. With reference to the CEO, you will have the day-to-day responsibility for their valuation department, which currently consists of four employees. You will also become part of the management group.
Newsec is the leading Nordic property asset management and advisory company in the Nordics, specializing in investment and commercial properties.
- Together with the head of valuations in the other Nordic countries to develop the Nordic valuation group and gain market shares on Nordic level
- Building and maintaining client relations on national and Nordic level
- Sales to existing and new clients – including sales of digital tools
- Preparation of proposals / offers for clients as well as the conclusion of agreements
- Maintaining and ensuring the quality of our valuation services
- Participation in networks, field work and building of client relations
- Responsible for the continuous development of the valuation department, including digitization and development of IT tools
- Exercising drive and commitment with the aim of contributing to further growth and success for Newsec
- Management experience or management aspirations
- Minimum 5 years' experience with valuation of investment properties and commercial properties
- English in full professional proficiency
- A high professional standard and commercial understanding
- Skilful at motivating others and lead by example, ensuring that everybody in your team feels successful as an individual and contributes to the success of the team
- Team player with lots of positive energy, persistence and commitment
- Capable of familiarizing yourself with complex matters regarding valuation and advising on commercial and investment properties
- Outgoing, outward-looking and great at networking and building relations
- Great negotiation skills
- A Nordic platform and organization where Newsec is the absolute Nordic leader within valuation

Professional skills
