Our task is clear: Copy the human ability to identify information on paper and transfer this to useable data.
With reference to the CEO, you will become crucial in providing insightful knowledge to drive key business decisions and strategies. In this position, your overall task is to lead and manage a team of dedicated software developers, supporting them in their everyday life and enabling them to develop innovative software solutions. You will be the role model when it comes to cultivating a great culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and are proud when delivering excellence and quality. You will also be responsible for Paperflow’s software strategy ensuring the initiatives and priorities are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Core responsibilities
To lead and manage a team of developers. Line management responsibilities will include technical recruitment, 1-on-1 meetings, motivating and performance managing the team by:
- Planning for team growth considering the blend/level of skills required within the team
- Having a clear task list and plan for onboarding new members into the team and bringing them up to speed as quickly as possible
- Making sure that all training and support that team members require is delivered internally and/or externally
- Driving and improving Paperflow’s technical and methodical decision making in cooperation with the team.
- Reviewing project progress and overseeing the performance of all individuals in the team
And also:
- To drive the strategic direction of their software solution, taking into account new technologies
- Making sure that all team members have the latest in-depth knowledge about projects or enhancements that they make
- Facilitating a smooth delivery of all projects, enhancements and support delivered by the team

The job requires that you have a strong and successful technical lead experience and well-developed DevOps skills. You don’t necessarily have people management experience but project management experience is a must. Furthermore you meet following requirements:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Capable of developing, delivering and evaluating brilliant ideas founded on strategic thinking
- Experience in advising key stakeholders at senior and board level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish is not required)
- Experience with people management is a plus
This position also requires DevOps skills, which include:
- SCRUM master
- Deep understanding of GCP services as well as Terraform, Docker containers and Kubernetes
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools
- Experience in building secure and robust cloud platforms
- Experience in developing and scripting in various languages such as Python
