Head of Marketing:
On behalf of our client Scalepoint, Randstad is looking for their new Head of Marketing, who can refine their brand platform, including positioning and value proposition, and build end-customer recognition through ABM and digital lead generation. You will be part of a company with great ambitions and a company which is now embarking on an international growth journey.
This position is a unique opportunity to put all of your marketing skills into use, build leadership skills to the next level and drive an entrepreneurial team spirit that will be fun and challenging. Altogether, there is a great possibility for the right candidate to build a team of 10 marketing people, in different locations, backed by solid marketing budgets to deliver measurable impact.
You will be taking on an important leadership role where you will oversee marketing across strategic, tactical and operational levels, while building an international marketing capability within the organization. In cooperation with the marketing team, you will get a unique opportunity to scale up Scalepoint’s marketing on an international plan.
Your primary responsibilities:
- Build the team from scratch and run the marketing team in different locations
- Refine their brand platform including positioning and value proposition
- Scale up on marketing and set the stage to enable and support international growth at Scalepoint
- Develop content marketing programs that engage relevant audiences
- Ensure the marketing strategy is executed successfully in local markets
- Manage and control the execution of the marketing budget
- Establish a commercial marketing system for efficient brand activation
- Design and deliver partner marketing programs in new markets
- Execute a mix of online and offline activities including social media and events
- Work with commercial product marketing to develop sales material and launch new products
Scalepoint are looking for an energetic Head of Marketing to own and drive their B2B marketing strategy, continuously work to improve positioning and deliver engaging content programs. You will be working peer-to-peer with the sales organization and drive sales and product management across the buyer journey. Therefore, this is a great opportunity for a talented Head of Marketing to embark on an ambitious journey to strengthen their position in the world.
Experience:
- 10 years of marketing and communications experience
- International experience (B2B)
- Being a seasoned leader, having built teams, processes and strategies to scale-up
- Its preferably that you have been working within enterprise software business
- Well-versed within all (or almost all) marketing disciplines
- Solid understanding of creative content production
- Demonstrable experience with demand generation, preferably B2B account-based marketing

As a person, you are easy-going, positive and open-minded. You are a people-person and like to communicate eye-to-eye and you thrive in collaborating with stakeholders across all functions.

- Analytical, curious and a self-starting team player

- Experienced working with a broad range of stakeholders, great teamwork skills
