Sous chef, Restaurant Pippali
Restaurant Pippali is looking for an ambitious and educated sous chef to lead our team and create a gastronomic standard in one of Copenhagen's nicest places in the inner city.
Do you have a passion for the world of food and are passionate about working in a kitchen? If you are also energetic, cool to be with and responsible - then you are exactly what we are looking for.
As sous chef at Pippali, you get to work with the best ingredients of the season, as we make a virtue of working with good and sustainable ingredients in season and preferably as locally as possible, so that the product you prepare is always the best. You will also work with a group of people who are passionate about what they do and always want to be the best.
About you:
You are a trained chef with an education within the field.
You have some years of experiance working as a souschef.
You are diligent, curious and responsible both on your behalf and on the restaurants behalf
You are responsible, structured and reliable at meetings.
You are a good colleague who helps to create a good workplace together with the rest of us.
You serve only the best for the guests.

Requirements:
You have an education within the field.
We do require that you speak either hindi, punjabi or urdu, since this is the main language spoken by your colleagues. It is also important that you have experiance with indian cuisine and you have worked in a indian kitchen before.
You have some years of experiance working as a souschef.
If you have experiance with some "niche" concepts like street food or desserts it is a very big plus.
Salary will be negotiated based on your qualifications.
