Do you want to be a part of creating a world that runs entirely on green energy? As Head of Channel Marketing, you will be developing and executing a global digital strategy.
Join Ørsted – the most sustainable company in the world – and help strengthen their digital presence. You will be part of Global Branding & Marketing in a newly created position and manage a team of five highly skilled specialists responsible for performing market and channel analyses, audience journey optimisation, campaign planning and execution, SEO & SEM and tracking and insights. You will refer to the Head of Channels & Amplification and together you will set the overall strategic direction for the digital roadmap and execution.
Your key tasks are to be responsible for global media planning, execution, and reporting across Ørsted’s different markets, campaigns, and business units, covering both digital and offline media such as print, TV and cinemas. You manage the media budget and act as media lead on designated campaigns, projects and programs and deliver relevant products such as media plans as well as you manage relations with external agencies and suppliers. Additionally, you will be driving the implementation of Salesforce and Google Marketing Cloud and the implicit change management tasks.
Strong digital profile with excellent leadership skills
As head of the team, you secure a high-performance team with a high level of job satisfaction. You will ensure necessary capabilities in the team to drive and further develop the tasks, and you will prioritise team deliverables and manage resource allocation.
You are a natural leader with a proven track record of managing people. To succeed in this position, you collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders from across the business and the markets and will work closely with campaign and project managers to deliver ambitious campaigns and programs.
With your substantial experience within paid digital advertising and/or marketing automation, you can transform data into relevant operational and strategic reporting. Moreover, you have experience with change management in relation to digital platforms and skill sets, and you have extensive communication skills.
