About the department
You will be a part of the Biopharm Finished Product Manufacturing Development, Biopharm, Novo Nordisk. The department is located in Gentofte and we are approximately 65 highly engaged and open-minded colleagues organised in 4 teams.

The department is responsible of supporting and developing Aseptic Product and Processes of Biopharm. When Biopharm receive new liquid and lyophilised drug products from Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) we ensure transfer of product and process knowledge to our facilities. We have a strong focus on innovation and optimization of our own processes, products and manufacturing processes. To support innovation we enjoy using our test laboratory to document line extensions of our products and explore new technology for optimization of our manufacturing processes.

The job
You will become responsible for a team of highly qualified, competent and engaged employees and your top priority is to ensure motivation, coordination and prioritisation of the team’s project deliverables and support to the productions.

The Team consist of employees responsible for the process, leading cross organisational Process Groups ensuring compliance signals are evaluated and implemented in Biopharm facilities and processes. Further they lead the productivity journey discovering and developing new technologies.
As part of the management team in the department you will join a group of ambitious leaders, and you will participate in the development of the department as well as your peers.

Qualifications
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Engineering, Pharmacy or a similar field and you can demonstra a solid experience from a pharmaceutical production site. Likewise, you have at least 3 years’ experience as a leader and understand how to create trust, motivation and respect from your colleagues and employees. You are fluent in English and Danish, both written and verbal.

By utilising your excellent communication skills you are able to seamlessly share knowledge at all organisational levels. Your inherent extrovert and proactive personality enables you to easily establish and maintain a strong network across the organisation.
