You have a profound experience with GMP and a proven track record of practical qualification and validation work from the pharmaceutical industry. You are also a skilled and independently working engineer (perhaps 'maskinmester') or similarly technically well-founded through practical experience within utilities and ventilation. Furthermore, you have worked extensively with technical project management and want to ensure the continued stability of complex production processes in collaboration with dedicated and ambitious colleagues. If the above sounds like you, you might very well be our fixed-term employment colleague for the next 24 months at Team Support.

The position

You will join a competent and dedicated team with a primary focus on support for the two operational teams in our department – mostly by developing solutions when changes are planned or when your expertise is needed in addressing production-related issues. Besides this, we execute the qualification of facility changes and advise on and manage a range of projects. Operations are done in a GMP-regulated environment why we stress the importance of being experienced with this, as we are aware, this often poses unique challenges compared to many other industries! Sometimes things can be quite busy, but we are great at supporting each other, making sure that no one is left alone with more significant challenges. This job holds a range of professional opportunities to develop expertise in a complex manufacturing setup where ambitions are tall.

Qualifications

You have a hands-on approach to your tasks and are technically adept, willing to learn and motivated to work in a technical department. You probably have a degree within engineering, and you have at least five years of experience working with utilities in the pharmaceutical industry also covering different aspects of qualification and validation. You are great at both contributing to and managing complex technical projects. As a person, you are quite social, making it easier to reach out and engage with numerous stakeholders. Your positive attitude and proactive can-do behaviour energise your colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring engagement and commitment wherever you go. You enjoy knowledge sharing, and your quality mindset and solution focus is a natural part of you. The structure you are applying to tasks helps you prioritise even when things are moving fast. You appreciate the value of accurate and timely documentation as the essential safety and quality control parameter it is. It is paramount for this position that you control the Danish language, making it easy for you to facilitate and contribute to technical discussions.

About the department

Biopharmaceuticals Finished Products Gentofte (BioFP GE) Technical Service is a technical department with about 70 employees delivering technical services to the other departments in the BioFP area. Deliveries include cooling, ventilation, Water for Injection (WFI), clean steam, pressurised air, various gases and warehousing and other support of different kinds. The department is structured in teams with each their area of responsibility. Team Support, which may be your new workplace, right now has eight colleagues waiting to welcome you, all engineers, 'maskinmestre' or technical specialists.
