Our CRM applications are one of the keys to managing our relationships with these companies. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to take responsibility for the department developing and operating these applications.
Head our IT CRM department
As Senior Manager for CRM applications, part of Global IT Commercial Applications & Integrations IT, you will lead Team Leads in a department consisting of +14 colleagues, primarily based in Warsaw and Lisbon.
You will focus on developing the strategy for your area and continue the effort to build and develop the department ensuring the right focus and strong teams now and in the future.
As part of the management team in Commercial Applications & Integrations IT, you will furthermore play an active role in developing and delivering on the IT strategy for the organisation.
Take on full responsibility for our CRM applications
You will be fully responsible and accountable for the strategy and delivery of our CRM and associated cloud applications. This requires you to lead, motivate and ensure structure and planning, as well as ensuring close collaboration with stakeholders in the business and across Global IT.

This includes responsibilities such as:
- Proactively leading your teams to ensure stable, secure and scalable applications
- Draw up road maps in close collaboration with your stakeholders in the business
- Ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed scope
- Manage your stakeholders
- Create the vision and set the direction for the development and support together with your stakeholders as well as focusing on the optimal adaptation of our CRM system to fit business needs
- Manage the vendor and other third parties involved in the development and delivery of the applications
Experienced leader with a well-equipped IT toolbox

You manage your stakeholders with ease and ensure good collaboration across the organisation.
We emphasise that:
- you bring solid line management experience leading both on-site and remote teams
- you have solid experience with stakeholder management
- you have IT management experience from a large multinational organisation, preferably covering application support, development and architecture
- you bring a strong functional understanding of MS CRM Dynamics and preferably other CRM tools
- you communicate fluently in written and verbal English
- you have a degree in computer science, engineering, IT, business management.
