tep into this position in ESG reporting team within DSV Group Compliance. You will make your mark on a global company as you facilitate the continued development and implementation of our ESG reporting framework and process.
Specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for our ESG reporting guidelines
- Be responsible for collaborating with external auditors on our ESG reporting
- Work directly with local CFOs in over 80 counties
- Work hands-on with reporting frameworks, data quality and global KPI’s
- Support on collection and controlling of our ESG data
- Drive the design and development of new ESG reporting solutions.
Structured and organized with good communication skills
To succeed in this position, you must be able to work independently while communicating with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation. When gathering input from many sources, you demonstrate and apply logical and analytical thinking to the issue at hand. Moreover, you:
- Hold a relevant education master’s degree, within sustainability, non-financial reporting, auditing or similar
- Strong experience working with financial or sustainability, non-financial or ESG reporting and controlling
- Experience in project management with global stakeholders
- Great communication skills, can communicate relevant information on all levels
- It’s considered an asset but not a must to have a good understanding of ESG, in terms of the legislative environment and reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, etc.
- Experience with ESG reporting is a plus and you must have an interest in developing your skills within the area
- Speak and write English effortlessly
