Finance Transformation is part of Group Finance and we work continuously to improve, optimise, and standardise business processes within the finance area in DSV. Right now we have an open manager position in our Operational Projects team - in our Business Change Management (BCM) department.
The Operational Projects team in Finance
Besides you, there are currently three team members in the team and we expect two more colleagues to join within the next couple of months. The team works closely with our colleagues from the Road division and IT on designing, developing, and rolling out new End-to-End processes for outgoing as well as incoming invoices. We are also improving our reporting capabilities.
Your role
As daily manager of the Operational Projects team, you will lead the team and engage pro-actively with stakeholders to ensure that changes are anchored in the local organisation by the time the roll-out is completed. Among your tasks will be to:

You will be located at our spacious and beautiful office in Hedehusene in Denmark. How much time you will spend at other locations varies with the phase of the project. On average, you should expect to have 2-4 travelling days a month to other DSV offices, mainly in Europe. So, it is important that you are flexible and willing to travel and work at different locations.
A strong team player with finance background and knowledge of SAP

Your role
As daily manager of the Operational Projects team, you will lead the team and engage pro-actively with stakeholders to ensure that changes are anchored in the local organisation by the time the roll-out is completed. Among your tasks will be to:
- Ensure that the right resources and skills are available in the team
- Support performance and development of the team individually, but also as a team
- Onboard new team members
- Coordinate activities with local and global stakeholders
- Facilitate/participate in workshops
- Prepare and perform tests, and support end users during UAT
- Work on site during hyper-care (when travel restrictions are lifted)
- Share learnings, skills and knowledge with your team and other important stakeholders
- Develop, document, and use standards for recurring work
- Engage actively in the BCM Finance Management team to ensure collaboration, inclusion, and a positive work environment as well as development of the management team as a team.

A strong team player with finance background and knowledge of SAP

- Min. 2 years practical experience as a people manager
- Project and Change Management experience
- Min. 4-5 years´ experience from a finance function (AR, AP, GL and/or controlling)
- IT flair and solid understanding of IT-related challenges
- Hand-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA
- Hands-on project experience from an international organisation
- You are fluent in English
- You can manage an increased workload during go-lives
- In addition, experience from the transport and logistic industry will be considered an advantage
