Lead and develop a global team in a critical function
You will join our Global IT Support Centre (GISC) department within IT Operation and Service in DSV. Here, you will lead a global team of 20 people. The team covers 5 Major Incident Mangers in Denmark, and 1 team lead and 14 Incident and Event Managers in Poland and Manila. Your will be responsible for a critical part of our operational stability by ensuring a strong operating model for situation management handling. Here speed to resolution, streamlined processes and good stakeholder communication are key success criterias towards the business and our customer.
We expect you to work both operational and tactical. Joining and driving the team with handling major incident and task forces. Furthermore, setting the direction for the continuous improvement of the team, the performance, and the process and tools. You will work across all teams in Global IT to align and ensure the most optimal incident handling possible and keep a high focus on ticket SLA performance.

- Build strong Major, Incident and Event handling team and processes
- Continuous improvement and development of team and delivery to stay world class
- Drive task forces for larger critical issues across Global IT
- Drive ticket SLA performance across Global IT
- Enforce structured and data driven way of working
- Communication and stakeholder management in the organisation
We expect that you have:
- at least 5 years leadership experience from a global company with building high performance teams
- a proven track record from a similar position with Major Incident management and IT operations
- operational experience with Major Incident management and a drive to be the ‘lighthouse’ for the team
- a structured approach and continuous improvement mindset
- a robust personality with strong stakeholder management skills at all levels in the organisation
- communications as a key strength and speaks and writes English effortlessly
