In the Strategy & Integration team, we support the formulation of DSV’s corporate strategy and roadmaps and monitor the progress in pursuit of our M&A and organic growth ambitions. This is done in close cooperation with our executive management, divisions, regions, and group functions. In addition to our work with strategy, the team also supports the integration of newly acquired companies in to DSV. The Strategy & Integration team will entail work with assignments across both areas.
Hands-on approach to strategy and roadmap
As our new strategy manager, you will help ensure that our strategy translates into roadmaps with key initiatives for different business areas and monitor the progress. This will take place in close dialogue with many stakeholders and require a straightforward approach.

Strategic mindset with a flair for numbers
Based on experience with strategy and implementation, you possess ability to frame the situation, align on complications, pose key questions, and see the answers. You have a well-versed toolbox within strategy, a flair for numbers and can easily work out both business cases and advanced presentations for different types of stakeholders. You enjoy a no-nonsense and humble approach that helps to navigate seamlessly at different levels of the organisation, across countries and cultures.

Among other things, you will help to:
- Review our corporate strategy
- Develop roadmaps and formulate priorities for different parts of the organisation
- Follow-up on roadmaps and track the progress on key initiatives
- Prepare reporting for executive management
- Prepare business cases and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Engage with key stakeholders across DSV
- Develop and promote our strategy toolbox and templates further

- A relevant business school master’s degree, e.g. strategy or finance
- Experience with strategy formulation, roadmaps and business cases
- Experience from management consulting and transport and logistics is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills
- Project management skills, and an organised and thorough approach to your work
- Strong communication skills, experience with change management and stakeholder management
- The ability to go navigate seamlessly from detailed analyses to a more high-level perspective, with proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint
- Written and oral English proficiency
